We rubbed some hops at the Nebraska Hop Yards. One of the standouts was Cashmere. The intensity was readily apparent as we opened the sample, and everyone agreed the dank strawberry character was outstanding. The mash bill includes a relative of hops and hemp seeds, to showcase the aroma with malts and hops providing a tasty blend. In addition to the strawberry notes, the hops lend a bit of citrus. The hemp seeds add some nutty background character.
